Beach House Maldives celebrates with Facebook contest

To celebrate its first year anniversary as a Waldorf Astoria Resort, Beach House Maldives is holding a contest on Facebook, calling upon contestants’ imagination and enthusiasm to recreate a touch of the paradise island.

The Maldives is an island nation in the Indian Ocean formed by a double chain of twenty-six atolls stretching in a north-south direction off India’s Lakshadweep islands, between Minicoy Island and Chagos Archipelago. The exotic and unique holiday destination is home to stunning coral islands, endless turquoise waters and white powdery beaches.

The resort is looking for your own interpretation of Beach House Maldives. The idea is to capture or recreate our Waldorf Astoria Resort wherever you are now and submit it to info@beachhousemaldives.com with the subject line “1st year anniversary contest.”

All chosen materials (pictures, movies, poems, etc) will be uploaded by the resort to their Facebook photo album, First Year Anniversary Contest, with entry winners determined by the total number of “Likes” received for each creation.

The grand prize winner of the free 3-night stay will be announced on Facebook on March 1.
