According to People, Knowles and her boyfriend, rapper Jay-Z, obtained a marriage license in Scarsdale, New York.
A source reported that the couple received their license on April 1. The document is valid for 60 days. The singer’s rep did not comment and the spokesperson for Jay-Z could not be reached.
Beyoncé, 26, and Jay-Z, 38, have been dating since 2002. The couple has been discrete about their relationship. Rumours about the couple started after they collaborated in each other’s work. Beyoncé was featured in a song by Jay-Z, 03 Bonnie & Clyde, and Jay-Z reciprocated when he participated in the song Crazy in Love by Beyoncé in 2003.
