According to various sources, the popstar’s perfume will hit US stores by February 2010.
The fragrance will have notes of red vanilla, magnolia, orange flowers and peach and will be sold in three different size formats. Prices will range from $39 to $59 US. A matching body lotion will also be available.
Knowles, who has appeared in ad campaigns for perfumes by Giorgio Armani and Tommy Hilfiger, reportedly inked a deal with Coty earlier this year.
The news was quite a shocker since the star’s husband, Jay-Z , is part of the Parlux team, one of Coty’s direct competitors. Parlux signed a deal earlier this year with Iconic Fragrances, a licensing company that handles the distribution of celebrity fragrances, for which Jay-Z is a principal shareholder.
Heat will be making its hot worldwide debut in 2010.
