Beyoncé gets involved for Haiti

Beyoncé agrees to be the face of a new t-shirt launched for Haiti.

Singer Beyoncé was chosen to be the face of a t-shirt created especially to aid victims of the powerful earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12.

Beyoncé says, "Together we can send a message of hope by raising much needed funds for the people of Haiti."

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) partnered with some of the biggest names in fashion, Diane von Furstenberg, Donna Karan and Ralph Lauren, to create this unique t-shirt.

The To Haiti With Love t-shirt will be available on the CFDA website starting February 16. All proceeds will go to the Clinton Bush Foundation’s Haiti Fund.

Beyoncé is not the only artist using fashion to raise money for Haiti. Scarlett Johansson took advantage of her association with Mango to create an exclusive bag to raise money for the devastated country.
