The star and her mother, Tina Knowles, are being sued by a former business partner with regards to their clothing company House of Dereon.
In a law suit initiated last Wednesday in New York, Greg Walker states that both women did not respect their agreement.
According to the charges, they would have hired Walker in August 2003 to commercialize the stylish clothing collection.
The man confirms he has found a 15 million dollar agreement for which he would only have been paid $25,000.
