When asked what he thought of his 15-year-old daughter, Miley Cyrus, dating 20-year-old model Justin Gaston, Billy Ray told People that they have his blessing.
The father said, "Justin’s a good friend. A good friend of the family. I met Justin as I was hosting Nashville Star and I introduced the two of them. He’s a good kid. Great heart."
"He actually reminds me a lot of myself when I was 20 years old and I was living and searching for the dream," added the country singer.
The Hannah Montana star’s boyfriend also attended her 16th birthday party at Disneyland. For the special occasion, Billy Ray Cyrus performed his hit Achy Breaky Heart. Miley’s actual birthday is not until November.
