The Black Crowes will release two new albums, Before The Frost and Until The Freeze, on September 1.
Fans that buy the first album will get the second album for free exclusively through a unique download code, reports NME.com. The free album is a way for the band to thank their fans for two decades of continued support.
The two albums were recorded over a series of five nights at the Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, New York. Before The Frost contains 11 new songs, including Good Morning Captain and I Ain’t Hiding. Until The Freeze contains eight new songs, including a cover version of the Stephen Stills classic, So Many Times.
