In what promises to be one of the most exciting concerts of the summer, the groups Blink-182, Weezer and Fall Out Boy will be sharing the same stage, according to what’s been confirmed by Interscope, Blink-182’s label.

The rumour circulated last week in Rolling Stone magazine, but an official press conference will be held next week, and there is a possibility that more bands could be tacked onto the lineup.

This will be Blink-182’s first tour since 2005. Bassist Mark Hoppus wants to give concert goers something to talk about. He revealed that they have "recruited Kanye West’s set designer to give the tour some flair." Hoppus also added, "We want to use the entire arena as a lighting rig and stage. We’re being as ambitious as possible."

The tour is set to begin on July 24 and will wrap up in October.
