Blue Rodeo Wants Your Vote

You’ve got one day to vote for the Blue Rodeo songs you want to hear at the Grey Cup Halftime Show.

With the goal of pleasing the crowd and millions of Canadians who will be glued to their screens to watch the next Grey Cup game, the group Blue Rodeo has asked their fans and the general public, through the Grey Cup Halftime Show Website, to choose 3 songs out of the given 10 to be performed during the big event.

The proposed songs are: Till I Am Myself Again, Trust Yourself, Diamond Mine, Hasn’t Hit Me Yet, Head Over Heels, Lost Together, Rose Colored Glasses, Heart Like Mine, C’mon and Walk Like You Don’t Mind.

Members of Blue Rodeo admitted that they were pretty nervous about entertaining at the ultimate Canadian football game. Several performers in the past were harshly criticised, including the Black Eyed Peas in 2005 and Lenny Kravitz in 2007.

The voting process began on October 20 and ends tomorrow, November 20, and the Grey Cup kicks off on Sunday, November 29 in Calgary.

In October, Blue Rodeo dropped the 12th album of their career, The Things We Left Behind.
