Bob Dylan and Dr. Dre to perform at Grammys
If you plan to watch the Grammy Awards broadcast this Sunday, February 13, you might want to let your boss know that you’ll probably be late for work on Monday morning – based on the number of performers, it’s looking like the evening will probably finish quite late.
The growing star-studded roster of A-list performers now includes two of the biggest names in music, singer-songwriter Bob Dylan and rap star Dr Dre.
Dylan will perform with folk-rock band the Avett Brothers and current Grammy nominees Mumford & Sons in a special salute to acoustic music. Another music legend, Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger will be making his first appearance on the show.
Current nominee Dr. Dre — in his first live television performance in more than a decade — will join Eminem for a historic collaboration, along with Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. This year, Dr. Dre, released his first album in 12 years, and has already announced it is his last, as he plans to focus on his role as music producer.
The Grammy Awards will be broadcast from the Staples Center in Los Angeles at 8 pm.
