Tony Barretto, who was Spears’s bodyguard and was fired last May, declared that he did see Spears using drugs on two occasions.
Barretto was interviewed on the Today Show yesterday, and he stated that he saw Spears using drugs, once in a public washroom of a restaurant, after she had asked to have some time to be alone, and the second time at a nightclub.
The bodyguard decided to make his observations public in the best interest of the children. He would like the judge to have all the facts when deciding whether Kevin Federline or Britney Spears should have custody of the children.
