After the rumour mill worked overtime last week about the imminent separation of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, the couple made an appearance together over the weekend.
The couple attended the Directors Guild of America Awards on Saturday (January 30) to support director Quentin Tarantino for his film Inglourious Basterds, starring Brad Pitt.
Tarantino did not win the best director prize, Kathryn Bigelow did for The Hurt Locker, but Brangelina did put an end to the gossip surrounding them.
A witness told People, "They looked very giggly. They look like they are having a fun time. It’s definitely a date."
Separation rumours have recently circulated in the media about Hollywood’s most prominent couple. The rumours took off last week when it was reported that they had signed legal documents to divide their assets. Adding fuel to the fire was the fact that they did not attend some major events like the Golden Globes.
