According to TMZ.com, the actor appeared in court in Los Angeles, on August 9, and may be slected to be a jury member.
Pitt, 43, went to court wearing a t-shirt, dark jeans and a black hat. Some witnesses said that he was wearing a jury badge, and had Subway delivered for lunch.
His rep told People magazine, "He served just like everyone else does."
At this time it is uncertain whether or not he will be selected.
