31-year-old R & B star Brandy is facing legal action for going AWOL after signing a contract rto compose and record a song with a DJ, reports TMZ.
Marc Mysterio maintains that he gave Brandy U.S. $ 10,000 a month ago, but that the singer never came back with finished music to fulfill her end of the deal.
Mysterio would have lost more than U.S. $ 25,000 as a result of Brandy’s inaction.
Brandy’s records include the hit single The Boy Is Mine, and several albums including Brandy (1994) Never Say Never ( 1998) Full Moon (2002) Afrodisiac ( 2004) The Best of Brandy ( 2005) and Human (2008).
She is also known as an actress, as she has starred in such blockbusters as I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998 ).
