Bridget Moynahan (I, Robot) admits that she was scared to bring her newborn son home from the hospital. She added that the experience was far from her childhood dreams of becoming a mother, reports People.
During an interview with Harper’s Bazaar magazine, the 37-year-old star revealed, "I’m not sure anyone – and I could be wrong in this – grows up thinking, I want to be a single mom."
The beautiful brunette announced her pregnancy just after her 3-year relationship with New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady, was ending. Since the split, Brady has been dating model Gisele Bündchen.
Moynahan added, "When you’re suddenly pregnant and no one is standing by your side, even if you’re in your 30s, it’s a hard conversation. I’m a traditional girl, and I believe in marriage, and I just always thought that’s the way I’d be doing this. For a moment, it was hard for me to accept that this was the way I was going to have a family."
The actress gave birth to her son, John, last August.
