This morning, Spears and Kevin Federline came to an out-of-court agreement for the care of their children, thus avoiding a court battle, reports People.
According to papers signed by both parties, Federline will retain full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Spears will keep her current visitation rights, which includes two visits and one overnight visit each week.
Although the two parties have agreed on the custody terms, the court will still need give its stamp of approval.
