The singer’s father, Jamie Spears, who has control over his daughter’s personal and professional life, claims that Sam Lutfi has attempted to contact Britney several times, reports FemaleFirst.
The star’s hairstylist, Roberta Romero, testified at a Los Angeles court yesterday (February 25), stating that Lutfi bombarded Spears with text messages over a three-week period.
The head security guard for Spears, Itamar Gelbman, also testified by saying, "She wanted me to do more, to make sure everything was locked. She couldn’t fall asleep because of Sam’s texts. She told me to make him stop. She was scared."
The court agreed to extend the restraining order until March 18, and would be able to issue a longer extension once more before the trial takes place on April 1.
