Early last evening, People magazine reported that the two reached an agreement after a five hour meeting. Spears and Federline were accompanied by their attorneys when they reached a settlement. Michael Kaplan, an attorney for Kevin Federline, explained, "The parties signed a global settlement on all issues of their marriage and the custody of the children."
The request for a divorce was filed last November by Spears, 25, after two years of marriage. She cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
No details of the divorce settlement have been released.
