People reported that the star was involved in a minor car accident yesterday (May 13), when she hit a red Ford Explorer in Beverly Hills.
A witness at the scene stated, "I think she was just distracted. She just tapped the other car in front of her."
Spears was driving her white Mercedes-Benz SL65 when the accident took place. She was accompanied by a bodyguard, who rushed to give a business card to the driver in the other vehicle. The police were not called.
Witnesses stated that the female driver followed Spears to her estate where they exchanged certain information away from the press.
