Spears will be sharing custody of the two boys with Kevin Federline until 2010. A judge has agreed to extend an original agreement that allowed Spears to see the children during her Circus tour, reports Starpulse.
Earlier this year, a judge granted Spears the right to take her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, with her on tour. Initially, the agreement was to end in August, but lawyers for the two parents have decided to extend the mandate until the end of the year. The singer will be with her boys 50% of the time, as well as for special occasions.
