To celebrate her 10 years in the music industry, Spears has decided to release a greatest hits compilation called Britney Spears: The Singles Collection, only four years after the release of 2005’s Greatest Hits: My Prerogative.
The artist will add a new song called 3, produced by Max Martin, the Swedish prodigy behind her other hit songs, including Baby One More Time and If U Seek Amy. 3 will hit radio stations on September 29.
The new compilation will be available on November 24 in two formats. The standard version will feature 17 chart-topping singles, in addition to the new song, 3. The ultimate fan box set will include 29 singles, including the song 3, on 29 discs in individual sleeves, each offering remixed versions. A DVD of all her videos and a booklet revealing anecdotes on her songs complete the set.
