Britney Spears’ bodyguard has filed a complaint against the singer, UsMagazine.com reported.
According to the document filed in court, Kerry Vine said that he suffered physical injuries when he worked at Spears’ house in Beverly Hills in March 2008.
Charles Swain, Vine’s lawyer, stated that there was negligence in the security that lead to the injuries sustained by his client. According to him, Spears did not take the necessary precautions to ensure that Vine could perform his job safely.
Vine is suing the star for personal injuries and negligence, claiming he has lost wages and medical costs. The hearing is to be held on September 2.
