Britney Spears’ rep, Holly Shakoor, denied that there is any relationship between Britney and Paris Hilton’s ex-boyfriend, Benji Madden, reports UsMagazine.com.
Recently, In Touch reported that the Good Charlotte member and Spears had been getting close.
Shakoor declared, "The claims made by In Touch are completely false. There is not an ounce of truth to any of it."
The tabloid claimed that the pop star’s father, Jamie, and her agent, Larry Rudolph, had been looking for a potential boyfriend for Britney, including Chace Crawford, Michael Phelps, Jesse Metcalfe and Benji Madden.
