Just days after her appearance on the hit television show Glee, Britney Spears learned she was being sued by a former nanny for a total of $35,202 U.S., reports the Daily News.
Spears, 28, helped the series score its highest ratings in two seasons, drawing in 13.3 million viewers.
Ferial Zaltash says the singer has not paid her for work three years ago. Spears hired Zaltash in September 2007 as a personal assistant, and nanny to her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston.
However, the nanny said she was not paid when she handed in her resignation a month later. She claimed a penalty amount $19,940 U.S. penalty for unpaid wages and overtime.
Spears recently faced another lawsuit from a former security guard who accused her of sexual harassment.
