The popular American show Entertainment Tonight has unveiled its list of 2008’s hottest celebrities.
The list is based on media coverage in the United States, and Britney reigns over all others this year. She is followed by Oprah Winfrey, Brad Pitt, Barack Obama and Angelina Jolie for the top 5.
A writer for the show stated, "From a historical election to surprising splits, sizzling romances and major comebacks, 2008 was a remarkable year for celebrity news."
George Clooney, Tom Cruise, Jennifer Aniston, Will Smith and Miley Cyrus are also found in the top 20.
