Britney Spears’ Visitation Rights Remain Suspended

The judge maintained the suspension of Britney Spears’ visitation rights.

The 26-year-old singer will need to wait a long time to see her two boys after a judge ruled yesterday that her visitation rights were suspended indefinitely.

Spears arrived at the Los Angeles courthouse yesterday for the hearing, but did not stay to testify. Her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, will continue to have full custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

However despite this win for Federline, his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, clarified, "The word victory is not something Mr. Federline or his counsel would ascribe to this situation. His hope is that he will be able to parent the children at some point in the future with participation from the mother."

Shortly after her court appearance, Spears made a quick stop at her house in Studio City, and then went out with her new boyfriend, paparazzi, Adnan Ghalib, as well as her friend, Sam Lutfi.

The next hearing for Spears and Federline regarding this custody battle will be in April.
