According to People, after the hearing yesterday, Kevin Federline is maintaining temporary custody of the two children, but Spears has supervised visits.
This temporary arrangement was ordered by the judge after a three hour hearing where Spears was not present.
This new arrangement will be in effect until the next hearing which is set for October 26. Both Federline and Spears need to be at this hearing.
The court representative stated,"Britney’s access to her kids works out to about every other day."
