For two weeks the singer has been at the Promises rehabilitation clinic in Malibu, and is furious with her friends and family who forced her into treatment. The 25 year-old entered the centre on February 21, following several months of hard partying.
Doctors at the clinic have been suprised to find how much help Spears actually needs. One source cited, "They’re in shock at what bad shape she’s in."
