A source revealed that police witnessed Spears running into the bathroom with Jayden James. Spears was then taken to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.
Kevin Federline’s bodyguard states that the bruise and bite mark were already on the child when the police arrived, as he had been bitten by his brother, Sean Preston. A source also added that alcohol and drug tests conducted on Spears at the hospital revealed that she was not under the influence of either.
