Alanis Morissette shared some exciting news with the world in Us Weekly. The magazine carries a "25 Things You Don’t Know About Me" interview featuring Morissette and #25 proclaims: "I’m pregnant!" Full deatils about the Canadian star’s pregnancy will be unveiled in an upcoming edition of the mag.
36-year old Morissette tied the knot with Souleye, a.k.a. Mario Treadway, on May 22. She dated the 30-year old rapper for only seven months before walking down the aisle. At the time, she posted a message on Twitter stating: "We’re very excited to embark on this journey with each other."
The multiple Juno and Grammy Award-winning singer has a twin brother. In fact, #4 on her 25 Things list reads: "I am a huge fan of my twin brother, Wade Morissette’s kirtan music." So time will tell if she is pregnant with twins herself.
Alanis Morissette is also branching out in acting. She has already appeared in episodes of Sex and the City and Weeds. She reprises her role on Weeds in the episode that airs on August 16.
