The on-again-off-again romance of Hollywood beauty Cameron Diaz and Yankees baseball player Alex Rodriguez may finally be over, reports People.
"They broke up a few days ago. He ended it,” a source told the magazine, amid rumors of a split. “However, they have broken up and gotten back together before, so not sure it’s forever."
A representative for the actress did not respond to a request for comment, while a rep for the Yankees third baseman had no comment.
Diaz, 38, and Rodriguez, 35, went public with their relationship last year, and were seen vacationing together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, getting coffee together, and attending the Superbowl.
Last month, The Green Hornet star broke her silence on the relationship, telling Maxim, "It’s really awesome."
Last October, Diaz and Rodriguez had separated. The actress was rumored to have a crush on Glee star Matthew Morrison, but Diaz wasn’t really interested and returned to Rodriguez in November.
Previously, Cameron Diaz has been linked with Matt Dillon, Jared Leto, and Justin Timberlake, while Alex Rodriguez dated Kate Hudson.
