According to the Latino Review, 20th Century Fox has cast Carey Mulligan to play the role of Gordon Gecko’s daughter in the sequel to the film Wall Street.
It also appears that the character Winnie Gecko’s will have a central role in the film. She will also be engaged to Jacob, who will be played by Shia LaBeouf. They recently announced the title of the Wall Street sequel as Money Never Sleeps.
Carey Mulligan’s performance in An Education was strongly praised during last year’s Sundance Film Festival. The British actress is very excited to star in the Wall Street sequel, as it will be her first role in a major film production.
