Underwood had an emotional moment during a concert with Keith Urban at Gwinnett Center, outside of Atlanta, last Thursday (April 24), reported People.
While performing the song Don’t Forget to Remember Me from the album Some Hearts, the country singer started crying. According to a witness, the singer cried during many lines of the song, sang the chorus, and broke down once again.
One of Underwood’s reps explained that this song was inspired by her mother when her daughter was leaving home. "Carrie just got overwhelmed in the moment with the song ‘Don’t Forget To Remember Me.’ When she reflects on what has happened to her in the past few years since Idol, coupled with the crowds’ reaction to that song, she just reacts in performance," explained her representative.
