Daisy Lowe is ”really happy” to be unveiled as the new face of ‘Triumph’ lingerie.
The 27-year-old British model has today (02.29.16) announced that she will front the launch of the brand’s new Magic Boost range for Spring/Summer 2016, which is an evolution on the pre-existing Magic Wire collection as well as an additional Shapewear style.
Speaking about the collaboration, Daisy said: ”I’m really happy to be the new face of Triumph, the bras fit me so well – I’m forever looking for that bra that is so comfortable I can wear it all day but it still makes me look great – and the Magic Boost range is it!”
The new intimate apparel builds on requests from female clients who desire the support of a wired undergarment, but without the wired construction, which has led to the construction of an innovative 3D cup technology bra for uplifting, re-shaping and a natural push-up enhancer, in all nude shades.
The global brand will also include a variety of structuring briefs, of all styles; hipster, high waist, thong and some with extra lace detail and a bra dress.
A spokesperson for Triumph said: ”Daisy was the perfect choice for this campaign – she has a cool, natural style and looks fantastic in the range.
”We are excited to announce her as our ambassador for 2016 and we look forward to working with Daisy for the next year.”

Lady Gaga wore earrings worth $8 million to the Oscars on Sunday night (02.28.16).
The pop superstar adorned the red carpet at the ceremony, held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, in an eye-catching Brandon Maxwell white jumpsuit but all the attention was on the ultra-expensive Lorraine Schwartz set of heart shaped earrings she was wearing.
The emerald cut diamond drop earrings were 90 carats in total with the top portions made up of 30 carats and the bottom parts 60 carats meaning they were worth the huge sum.
Gaga styled her blonde hair in waves, with the left side tucked behind her ear to show off the decadent jewelry which matched the engagement ring presented to her by her fiancé Taylor Kinney in February 2015 on Valentine’s Day.
Gaga’s Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring boasts a Sl1 clarity or higher and is valued at approximately $500,000, which, alongside the rectangular drop down impressive jewels, total a jaw dropping amount of $8.5 million.
The ‘Born This Way’ singer was not the only star to wear Lorraine Schwartz jewelry to the Academy Awards.
Priyanka Chopra stepped onto the red carpet event with similar tear drop shaped earrings worth $3.2 million and two sets of embellished rings.
Work on Brie Larson’s Oscars dress began in December.
The 26-year-old actress – who picked up the Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her performance in ‘Room’ – wowed on the red carpet on Sunday (02.28.16) in a stunning custom-made blue Gucci gown.
And now her stylist, Cristina Ehrlich, has revealed the inspiration and process behind the glamorous dress.
Asked how long it took, Cristina said: ”We started before Christmas. We’ve looked at each red carpet look as a separate ‘performance’ if you will, and taken each opportunity to try something new.”
The floor-length frock was designed by Gucci’s newest recruit Alessandro Michele and that was important for Brie as she wanted something ”fresh”.
Cristina added: ”It was important for us to work with a designer who is very fresh on the scene. Alessandro has never designed for the Oscars before – like Brie, he is new to Gucci, just as she is still discovering who she is as an actor on the red carpet and this also being her first Oscars.”
And what made the blonde beauty fall instantly in love with the designer dress was the royal blue color and the waist-clenching belt made of pearls.
Cristina told The Daily Telegraph newspaper: ”Our first inspiration was the color. Brie responded to it immediately and from there we decided we wanted to work with Alessandro Michele and the house of Gucci. It was a truly collaborative and mutually respectful effort.”
And of the pretty pearl accessory, she added: ”We both agreed it was another element of the dress that needed to be added.”
Cate Blanchett stunned in a floor-length blue floral-feathered gown at the Oscar Awards in California last night (02.28.16).
The ‘Carol’ actress oozed glamour and class at yesterday’s star-studded event when she rocked up to the red carpet in her gorgeous Armani Prive dress featuring a small train.
The 46-year-old beauty’s baby blue frock, which hugged her curves and enhanced her tiny waist, was embellished with soft pink and teal flowers, a handful of tear-drop crystals and beautiful feather detailing around the bust to draw attention to the deep-plunge neckline and her ample cleavage.
Cate kept her accessories to the minimum with a pair of sparkly dangle earrings, while her cropped ‘do was curled at the ends to enhance her incredible jaw line.
Her make-up was flawless with a dusting of rose blush across her peachy cheeks, a subtle smokey eye to bounce off her emerald eyes and a quick swipe of gloss across her lips.
Cate worked the camera from every angle, flashing her pearly whites to onlookers, before she made her way into the ceremony to watch the winners receive their prizes.
Meanwhile, the actress proved she’s not afraid to refurbish a look she’s worn before as her incredible blue gown looked very similar to the Swarovski crystal embellished gown by Armani Prive she wore at the same event two years earlier.
However, last time, the Australian star decided to cover up with flesh-coloured netting across the bust, a different sleeve and a fuller, yet smaller, ruffled skirt.
Rachel Zoe wants people to wear more splashes of color when they grace this year’s Oscar Awards.
The 44-year-old designer believes fashion choices are becoming a bit too mundane these days and she’d love to see people think outside the box with their frocks when they attend the glamorous ceremony, held in Hollywood, this weekend.
Speaking to PEOPLE.com, she said: ”I’m sick of seeing a straight column dress, I would love to see more color like when Julianne Moore does that great emerald green moment, something like that I think is just wow. We always love [what] Cate Blanchett [wears at the event as well].”
And, although Zoe is known for styling various celebrities – including Jennifer Lawrence in a custom-made Dior gown at the Oscars three years ago – the blonde beauty is too busy to help out with fashion choices at this year’s event as she’s just opened her first stand-alone shop in Los Angeles.
She said: ”I feel like it was really time to just put the collection out there the way I want it to be out there and really create an environment where people can come in, enjoy shopping, feel really comfortable, walk into a clean and airy space and just enjoy the shopping experience.”
The store opened on February 24 at The Grove in California and features her entire collection of spring ready-to-wear, jewelry and footwear.
Robert Pattinson is the new face of Dior Menswear.
The 29-year-old actor – who has fronted the luxury brand’s fragrance collection since June 2013 – has been chosen as the first male celebrity to represent the French company’s Hommes Ready-to-Wear collection for autumn/winter 2016.
Sidney Toledano, Dior’s chief executive officer, said: ”We approached Robert Pattinson for the Dior Homme autumn 2016 campaign. He was already the face of the Dior Homme Fragrance and he was thrilled to be also the face for fashion.”
The ‘Twilight’ star was thrilled when he was plucked to front the campaign, but was even more excited when he learned famed photographer Karl Lagerfeld was shooting the ad.
Sidney told Women’s Wear Daily: ”When we told him that [famed photographer] Karl Lagerfeld was going to shoot the campaign, Robert was even more enthusiastic and indeed, the campaign is perfectly reflecting the spirit of Dior Homme.”
Meanwhile, this is the first time a Hollywood star has been chosen to represent the brand’s male collection, although Jennifer Lawrence, Natalie Portman and Rihanna have acted as the face for the womenswear line in the past.
Kanye West has reportedly asked Beyoncé and Mike Tyson to appear at his summer clothing launch.
The ‘Mercy’ rapper is set to host a fashion event to launch his next collection and more new music at the Superdome in New Orleans this April and is seeking to recruit ‘Formation’ hitmaker Beyoncé to perform and is keen to see former professional boxer Mike – who is returning to the sport after he has been battling from depression – take to the runway.
The format for the show is expected to be similar to his recent Yeezy 3 show at New York’s Madison Square Garden, where Kanye debuted his new album ‘Life of Pablo’.
A source told the New York Daily News newspaper’s Confidenti@l column: ”He’s coming off a high from his New York show.
”He’s asked Beyoncé to perform, but it’s unclear if he’ll be performing with her.”
”He wanted Tyson to be involved in his Madison Square Garden show, but they couldn’t put it together.
”Now he wants to try and get Tyson to come to New Orleans.”
Naomi Campbell was one of the big names the ‘All Day’ hitmaker hired for his Yeezy 3 show and she recently spoke of how much she enjoyed the experience.
She said: ”It was a great experience, and I had a lot of fun.
”I’ve never done a fashion show where I’m sitting there in a concert hall!”
Twiggy has launched a new collection in collaboration with Marks & Spencer to celebrate 50 years in fashion.
The 1960s fashion icon – who was renowned for her wide-eyed pose and sleek cropped bob when she emerged on the scene at 16 years old – has remained a recognizable figure in the industry for half a century, and to commemorate this momentous occasion she has designed a range for women of every shape and size.
Speaking to MailOnline about her 15th collection for the master brand, the 66-year-old beauty said: ”My new spring collection is a continuation of what we’ve been designing over the last four years. My main objective is to produce a range of stylish, affordable, fun, well made clothes for every woman. I’m very particular about fabric and cut as well as the actual design. I think the new spring collection is also very wearable, whatever age you are. I don’t believe in clothes ageism. I think it’s good to find a style that suits you and you feel comfortable with; no one wants to be a fashion victim. But it’s also fun to experiment with new things – so be brave. I recently gave a friend a pair of my skinny jeans – as she swore she couldn’t wear them – and she absolutely loved them and has found a whole new look.”
The Spring/Summer 2016 collection, which is available to buy online now, features a muted earthy color palette as well as a nautical theme; including an array of dresses – from shirt style to wrap around – wardrobe staples and show-stopping fitted biker jackets in a range of colors.
KarolÃna Kurková doesn’t like being called a supermodel.
The 31-year-old beauty, who has been in the industry for 16 years, cringes when people refer to her as the prestigious title rather than comment on her talent and personality.
She explained: ”[Being a supermodel] doesn’t really mean anything. It’s a strange word. I prefer it when people say I’m cool, or that I’m a hard worker, or I’m nice.”
However, KarolÃna is thrilled she still has an active career because she understands there are newbies – like Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid – attempting to crack the field.
She said: ”I’ve been modelling for 16 years. I’m amazed I’m still around; we live in such a fast-paced world and get over everything so quickly. I don’t allow myself to compete with the new girls – what good is thinking like that?”
But the mother-of-one – who has sons Tobin, six, and three-month-old Noah with her fiancé Archie Drury – doesn’t think the new people deserve the success they’re getting.
Speaking in the new edition of Net-A-Porter’s The EDIT, she said: ”People are coming from left and right with two million followers and, whether they say they’re a model or a stylist, they’ve never trained, never worked with anybody, never sacrificed anything. They’re taking work from people who gave up their time and energy to learn their craft.”

Emma Watson used to hate her ”strong eyebrows.”
The 25-year-old actress has admitted she was tempted to over-pluck the tiny hairs above her brown eyes because she despised how bushy there were but was persuaded otherwise by her mother and now loves her dark features.
Speaking to an audience to the sold-out Emmanuel Centre in London recently, she explained: ”I used to hate that I had strong eyebrows. As a nine-year-old I desperately wanted to pluck them and make them two thin lines. You come to embrace these things. My mother desperately tried to tell me that they gave my face character, don’t be ashamed.”
Meanwhile, the former ‘Harry Potter’ star – who joined the franchise when she was 10 – admitted she pretended to be ”boring” because she felt so uncomfortable in the spotlight.
She said recently: ”I spent most of my time trying to convince everyone I was incredibly boring because I needed privacy and a minute to figure myself out.
”I used to have to go numb and close myself off, for example on the red carpet, just to get through it.”
The ‘Perks of Being a Wallflower’ actress used to feel ”inadequate” because she struggled to keep up with her more self-assured friends when she was growing up.
