The electric vehicle brand Tesla has just been surpassed in global green vehicle sales since the beginning of 2022. The new champion of vehicles that do not emit pollutants into the atmosphere is the Chinese brand BYD.

While in North America Tesla is by far the company that sells the most electric vehicle, BYD is the world’s biggest seller. In the first six months of the year, the Chinese brand in which American billionaireWarren Buffett has invested sold 641,350 “new energy vehicles”, compared to 564,743 electric vehicles for the brand owned by the richest man on the planet Elon Musk.

An airline has unveiled economy class sleeping cabins that will be incorporated into some of its long-distance flights.

Air New Zealand intends to treat its passengers with care. Because let’s face it, long air travel, especially in economy class, can be very grueling.

The airline is currently testing its Skynest concept, which includes six full-length sleeping cabins . With these new seats, passengers can stretch out and take naps on real beds.

The new sleeping cabins will be incorporated into the new Boeing 787 Dreamliners, whichAir New Zealand plans to introduce in 2024.They will be available on the airline’s 17-hour ultra-long-haul flights.

Because there will only be a limited number of these cabins, passengers will be able to book a four-hour slot in a bunk bed.

Air New Zealand says two rows of three beds will be located between the Premium Economy and Economy cabins.

The beds are equipped with full-size pillows , bedding, earplugs, a reading light, a USB port and a ventilation outlet. Bedding will be changed between uses to maintain proper hygiene.

The airline will have to remove five economy seats to make room for six Skynest sleeping cabins.

Home rental site Airbnb will make its ban on parties in accommodations listed on its platform permanent.

Airbnb’s ban had been announcedto stop the spread of COVID-19 infections at the height of the pandemic. The San Francisco-based company decided to make the decision permanent.

The company announced that it has seen a 44% year-over-year drop in the rate of party reports since the policy was put in place.

It seems that this time around, Airbnb wants to address the persistent nuisances for some neighborhoods that affect its reputation.

More than 6,600 guests and some hosts were suspended in 2021 for attempting to violate the party ban, the company said.

The company said it will also remove its 16-person limit, allowing larger homes listed on the platform to be booked at full occupancy.

Airbnb has been trying to offer out-of-the-ordinary rentals for the past few months. This is the case recently of apartments inspired by the TV series “Squid Game “, the house of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, a baseball stadium, a Indian Palace the castle of Downton Abbey or even Spice Girls tour bus.

Conducted by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), the2022 World Quality of Living Index features a number of Canadian cities. Canada is the only country in the world to place three cities in the top 10.

The annual ranking of the world’s most livable cities ranked 173 cities around the world based on a variety of factors, including health care, crime rates, political stability, infrastructure and access to green space.

Ongoing global conflicts were the primary factor determining the countries ranked at the bottom of the list. Damascus, Lagos and Tripoli were ranked as the three least livable cities in the world.
