A leopard terrifies a community and injures six people

A savage attack by a leopard took place in the upscale DHA Phase II neighborhood of Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad.

The spotted feline, clearly domesticated, managed to escape from its cage in the courtyard of a house and terrorized the city for just over six hours.

In the process, the leopard injured six people, and according to reports, one of them died as a result of the attack.

This moment of horror and/or madness terrified an entire community as the beast fled, attacking a pedestrian on the street and then climbing a wall to continue its terror.

Wildlife officers obviously got involved in the leopard hunt, even shooting at the leopard, which did not prevent them from being mauled by the beast.

Finally, the wildlife officers managed to subdue the big cat with darts, and then brought it to the animal rescue center of the Islamabad zoo.

It is important to note that the possession of wild animals is not allowed in this country, which immediately opened an investigation after the arrest of a suspect who is accused of attempted murder and negligent conduct towards animals.

A dog jumps into the water to attack a shark!

The world’s bravest dog remains in the Bahamas, having dived into the sea without question to attack a 12-foot shark in front of frightened British tourists who were on a tour.

In the video, the shark can be seen “lurking in the water” when it sees the dog jump in to play with it. Also on the video, you can hear the tourists yelling at the dog to get him out of the water!

You can clearly hear “get out of there baby” or “stop chasing him”, but none of that worked and the dog continued to play with the shark that was hiding underneath him.

The dog seems to have won this episode, as the shark moved away and did not come back, which was a relief to the tourists who were watching this fight from their boat.

“We had slowed down to allow guests to watch, and the shark approached the shoreline and just as we were all looking at the shark, the dog noticed it too!” said Rebecca Lightbourn, the booking manager at Exuma Water Sports.

In short, the dog accomplished his mission to protect his private island.

Tesla fires dozens of employees

Dozens of employees in Tesla’s Autopilot department at its Buffalo plant were laid off for a day following a campaign to form a union.

Recall that earlier this week, Tesla employees shouted their desire to unionize with Workers United Upstate New York. The goal, of course, is to have their voices heard in the workplace.

Following this wave of “cuts,” the Workers United Upstate New York union immediately accused Tesla of doing this because of the movement of employees from their union activity.

In its statement, the union said that as many as 30 employees had lost their jobs, along with an email “containing an updated policy” prohibiting the recording of workplace meetings without participants’ permission.

Elon Musk, Tesla’s top boss, has always strongly indicated his opposition to unions, even indicating in a tweet in 2018 that employees would lose their stock options if a union was formed.

So Musk has moved from words to action!

Unseen images of the Titanic revealed!

A very rare video of the Titanic, which was captured during a dive in 1986, has been released, reports USA Today.

Note that these images captured by the cameras of the submersible Alvin guided by humans, and the Jason Junior which is remotely operated, have never been made public.

This dive was guided by the famous oceanographer Robert Ballard and was described as “the first time humans have laid eyes on the missing ship since 1912.”

The entire sequence, including footage of the ship’s interior, lasts over an hour.

During its very first voyage from Southampton, England, to New York, the Titanic ran directly into an iceberg, only to sink to the bottom of the sea. This horrific sequence occurred in 1912, and more than 1500 people died.

A shark saved by cyclists!

An unusual sequence was captured in South Africa, when a group of cyclists released a shark that was stranded on their way to the beach in northern Durban.

The group spotted the shark while riding their bicycles and without question, they headed towards it to rescue it.

It takes a lot of courage to ride towards a shark that is stranded like that and to rescue it without warning.

It should be noted that the thresher shark (or sea fox) is a protected species that is not very dangerous for humans because of its small teeth and its very shy character.

We must therefore congratulate the man who took care of putting it back in the water so that it could continue its way of life properly.

More than 362,000 Teslas recalled for a serious problem

Tesla has had to recall as many as 362,758 cars that are equipped with autonomous driving software due to “safety issues at intersections.”

A report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration indicates that Tesla needs to make a major software update on the following models: Model S (2016-2023), Model X (2016-2023), Model 3 (2017-2023) and Model Y (2020-2023).

https://twitter.com/USATODAY/status/1626460936847458306

This is certainly a major problem asit can allow cars to exceed speedlimits or cross intersections illegally or unpredictably, thus increasing the risk of accidents.

In addition to this, the system may not react to changes in speed limits indicated on signs, or may not take into account the driver’s adjustment of the vehicle speed to exceed the speed limit.

Crucially, however, the company is not aware of any injuries and/or deaths attached to those recalls.

By April 15, Tesla will send a notice by mail to affected owners. Of course, the update will be done for free, and it can even be done remotely without a trip to the dealership.

A drunk man arrested with a mountain of beer cans as a passenger!

A man was arrested 200 kilometers northwest of Toronto, in Georgian Bluffs, while in an advanced state of intoxication.

The most impressive part of this arrest, made during a roadblock, is that the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) also discovered a mountain of beer cans inside the car that served as a passenger!

https://twitter.com/NiaFallsReview/status/1625508280041721856

Mark Sewell, a 61-year-old man, was the one arrested late this afternoon, completely drunk, with several dozen cans of beer taking up all the passenger space.

Once at the police station, the man took a breathalyzer test, which he obviously failed, having driven with more than 80 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of blood… Of course, he is facing several charges, including one for driving with alcohol on hand.

Sheep-man charged with murder escapes from prison!

Jose Luis Callisaya Diaz, an inmate who is accused of murder, disguised himself as a sheep, which allowed him to escape from prison, and then into the wild.

Despite this success, Diaz was eventually found by prison authorities, only to be brought back inside his pen (his cell).

This particular sequence took place on February 4, when he was in the prison of Chonchocoro in Bolivia, before putting on a sheep skin jacket.

Photos were captured of Diaz as a sheepskin, crawling on the ground in the long grass with a pair of jeans and that now infamous sheepskin jacket.

The 35-year-old certainly made the authorities laugh with his funny get-up, but he will face legal and disciplinary action.
