Alec Baldwin is terrified of ending up in prison

Just when actor Alec Baldwin thought he could finally put behind him the events on the set of Rust that led to the tragic death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, new information suggests that charges could once again be brought against the actor.

In October 2021, Alec Baldwin was involved in a tragic incident on the set of the film Rust. During a rehearsal, Baldwin, who was both the film’s star and one of its producers, discharged a firearm that resulted in the death of DP Halyna Hutchins and serious injuries to director Joel Souza. Baldwin expressed his deep sorrow and cooperated with law enforcement investigations.

The manslaughter charges against Alec Baldwin were dropped last April, but the actor is reportedly terrified of being charged again…

While Baldwin claimed he never pulled the trigger on the Colt .45 that killed Halyna Hutchins, new tests by New Mexico firearms experts confirm that the trigger must actually be pulled or depressed enough to release the bullet from the model of firearm used in the accident, directly contradicting the star’s testimony.

The death of Halyna Hutchins certainly highlights the importance of strict safety measures in the entertainment industry.

Arrest warrant issued against Drew Barrymore’s stalker

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a visibly disturbed man who harassed actress and host Drew Barrymore during two incidents a few weeks ago.

According to TMZ, in the first incident, and while Barrymore was not inside her residence, Chad Michael Busto allegedly walked from house to house in Barrymore’s Hamptons neighborhood, eventually finding the star’s residence and approaching it… before being arrested and handcuffed by police.

In a second incident a few days later, the same man rushed on stage at an event held by the star in the company of singer Reneé Rapp, in New York.

CaptureTMZ

“You know who I am, I need to see you!” he reportedly told Barrymore, which of course startled both women.

Barrymore and Rapp then rushed backstage as security tried to chase Busto away, a disturbing scene captured on video.

The judge then ordered that Busto be fitted with a GPS monitor, but instead issued a warrant for his arrest when he failed to show up at the time and place the tracking device was installed.

Busto’s behavior towards Barrymore is very disturbing… let’s hope for the star’s sake that the authorities get their hands on him quickly!

Again, Trump is found guilty of defamation against E. Jean Carroll!

Donald Trump has once again been found guilty of defamation against E. Jean Carroll, and a jury will be convened next January to determine the amount of damages, which will be added to the five million dollars already awarded to Carroll in the first trial she won last May.

In 2019, Carroll published a memoir entitled What Do We Need Men For? A Modest Proposal, in which she details various experiences with men throughout her life.

In it, Carroll alleged that Donald Trump sexually assaulted her in the dressing room of a Bergdorf Goodman department store in the mid-1990s. She claimed that Trump, at the time a real estate mogul and TV personality, had forcibly kissed and sexually assaulted her.

Trump vehemently denied the allegations and said he had never met Carroll, despite a photo showing them together at a social event in the 1980s.

Carroll filed a defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump in November 2019, claiming that he had falsely accused her of lying about the incident and damaged her reputation.

In October 2020, the US Department of Justice, under the Trump administration, sought to intervene in the trial and defend Trump, arguing that he was acting in his official capacity as president when he denied Carroll’s allegations, but to no avail. The trial finally took place last May.

At the conclusion of the civil trial, Donald Trump was found guilty of sexually assaulting Carroll in the 1990s (not guilty of rape) and of defaming her in comments made in 2019 and 2022.

In addition, now, the judge also allowed E. Jean Carroll to include comments made by Trump at a CNN Town Hall hosted by Kaitlan Collins last May, just days after she lost her case against Carroll, in the second case.

“This woman, I don’t know her. I never met her. I have no idea who she is. I had a picture taken years ago with her and her husband, nice guy John Johnson. He was a newscaster, very nice man. She called him an ape, happens to be African-American. Called him an ape… the judge wouldn’t allow us to put that in. Her dog or her cat was named vagina, the judge wouldn’t allow to put that in. All these things, but with her, they can put in anything… Access Hollywood,” the former president said.

The trial scheduled to determine the amount of damages will take place on January 15, 2024.
