Drake places 7 psychotic bets on the Super Bowl

The rapper Drake, who loves to put a lot of his fortune into sports betting, has just made no less than seven psychotic bets on the Super Bowl.

Drake placed $700,000 on the Kansas City Chiefs as the winner of Super Bowl LVII against the Philadelphia Eagles. If he wins all his bets, he will pocket a cool $4.5 million.

It was Thursday night that the Toronto rapper took to Instagram to show off his bets for this duel, calling them psychotic.

Note that the Philadelphia Eagles are favorites to win this matchup.

That said, Drake said not to analyze the logic behind his picks since there was none.

In all, he placed over $1 million, including $700,000 on a Chiefs win, remember.

Drake also bet $50,000 on Patrick Mahomes and Juju Smith-Schuster scoring the Chiefs’ first touchdown, while betting the same amount on the Chiefs winning both halves.

Add to all these small bets, a small $30,000 on the Chiefs winning each quarter, a $25,000 on Travis Kelce being named the MVP and $60,000 on the MVP winner being a tight end.

It’s worth noting that Drake pocketed no less than $2 million in a $1 million bet on the Chiefs’ win over the Bengals… but he also lost $1 million at the World Cup and $2 million on UFC last November.

Lewis Hamilton prepares for the F1 season… while surfing!

To prepare for the 2023 Formula 1 season, Lewis Hamilton is surfing to make sure he is mentally ready to try and win his 8th career title. This 8th title would make him the most successful driver in history, ahead of the Red Baron, Michael Schumacher.

For a long time, Sir Lewis has not hidden his love for surfing, which is his favorite sport outside of racing, of course.

Emotionally and physically, this sport, this break, frees his mind and invigorates him.

As Lewis himself said, it’s the calm before the storm!

Here are a few photos he shared on his Instagram account, where we see him enjoying these last moments in the surf during his winter vacations.

The 38-year-old driver, who has a lot of pressure on his shoulders ahead of the upcoming season, headed to the beach with famed art director and great friend Daniel Forrest to further enjoy this seaside outing.

In a video Lewis shared, the song We Saw the Sun can be heard in the background, which is a perfect indication of his happy state of mind heading into the 2023 season.

Let’s also remember that Lewis Hamilton even went to Antarctica this year to train in a different climate.

Let’s face it, Sir Lewis is ready!

No cryptocurrency ads at the Super Bowl!

During Super Bowl LVII, no cryptocurrency ads will be seen due to the collapse of FTX earlier in 2022, according to a report filed by FOX, the Daily Mail also reports.

That will make a change from last year, when no fewer than four companies flooded the broadcast with “spots” featuring Tom Brady, Larry David and LeBron James.

In addition, the advertising space for the duel of titans between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles was sold out, despite the absence of FTX and others.

Remember that during last year’s Super Bowl, which was dubbed the Crypto Bowl because of all the space it took up, FTX, Coinbase, Crypto.com and eToro held several spots, including sports stars, to charm the general public.

In the case of FTX, the company filed for bankruptcy and its founder Sam Bankman-Fried was indicted for allegedly making a plan to defraud his investors, including Tom Brady. Brady has been named in a class action lawsuit regarding the bankruptcy of this company.

Note that this year, during the broadcast of Super Bowl LVII, four crypto-currency companies had booked advertisements, but the contracts will not be concluded because of the status of FTX.

Commercials that are, by the way, sold for between $6 and $7 million for a 30-second spot. It pays for the companies that advertise during the Super Bowl show since it attracts more than 100 million viewers each year.

The team flew to the vessel by helicopter following an emergency call from an individual, and eventually pulled him out with a winch.

At the time of the rescue, the rescuers didn’t know they were rescuing a “thief”, but quickly realized what was going on…

The authorities finally arrested the man after he was treated and his body heat increased a bit.

Post Malone looks weirder and weirder on stage these days

Post Malone looked really troubled at a concert in Sidney, Australia, while opening for the legendary band Red Hot Chili Peppers, currently on an ocean tour.

The sequence, or rather, the disturbing sequences took place at the Accor Stadium in Sydney. It was there that “Posty” allowed himself to swallow a shoe filled with alcohol, which is called a “shoey”, the act of drinking beer from a shoe in order to celebrate or as punishment.

In the video, Malone is seen taking a white sneaker, pouring a red liquid into it, drinking it while muttering a few words, and then returning the soiled shoe to its owner.

During the same show, Malone suddenly started to do a mouth-to-mouth maneuver with his microphone on the floor of the stage. He also danced, like a stripper…

Yes, it’s strange and a bit messy.

Let’s remember that during his Twelve Carat Tour, which took place last fall, he offered a few highlights as well, including several onstage injuries… and celebrating a wedding in the middle of a concert.
