Jeff Bezos wants to give away his $124 billion fortune

Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, who has very deep pockets, has the firm intention to leave the majority of his fortune during his lifetime by making donations.

The generosity will benefit climate change charities, among others.

Bezos will also support people who can contribute to the elimination of political and social divisions.

It was during an interview with CNN that the wealthy man confided on his desire to make donations during his lifetime by bequeathing a majority of his fortune.

He will grant no less than 124 billion dollars, his current estimated net worth, to charitable organizations.

The goal is to accomplish all of this during his lifetime, but it won’t be an easy task.

“The hardest part is figuring out how to do it with leverage. It’s not easy. Building Amazon was not easy. It took a lot of hard work, a lot of very smart teammates, hard-working teammates, and I find – and I think Lauren finds the same thing – that charity, philanthropy, is very similar,” he told CNN.

Remember that Bezos could join Jay-Z to buy the Washington Commanders (NFL), he is a native of the capital.

Brazil offers a huge mural to Lewis Hamilton

The famous muralist/street artist who painted Ayrton Senna on a building, Eduardo Kobra, has also paid tribute to Sir Lewis Hamilton with a masterpiece similar to Prince Senna’s.

Last Thursday, Kobra inaugurated his mural in honor of the British driver, and it can be seen on a huge wall of the Lasar Segall public school in Vila Mariana.

The man who has seven championships to his credit was on hand to autograph the huge painting in his likeness.

Hamilton also recently became an official honorary citizen of Brazil!

Lewis is therefore British by birth and Brazilian at heart, even if he has often been a victim of racism (in Brazil), including by a former Formula 1 driver!

The number 44 had also unveiled during the event the design of the special helmet he wore this weekend during the Grand Prix of Sao Paulo (Brazil) and this one is, of course, in the Brazilian colors.

All this proves how passionate he is about this country!

An amputated elephant with a wooden leg warms our hearts

It is not only human beings who can wear a prosthesis when they are amputated, elephants too!

An animal can indeed wear a wooden leg following an amputation, as is the case with this one, an elephant that steals our hearts.

This elephant is named Mosha, and thanks to this prosthesis, he is able to walk.

This feat of arms is made possible thanks to the Friends of the Elephant Foundation of Asia in Thailand, who designed this prosthesis for Mosha.

Sharing this precious moment allows us to see the importance of this animal… in danger of extinction.

Thank you to the Jungle Doctor for sharing this touching video!
