Billie Eilish gets restricting order against another disturbing fan

Pop sensation Billie Eilish has been plagued by terrifying threats from two deranged individuals who have allegedly been targeting her and her family for several months. On November 15, the star obtained a provisional protection order against one of these two men, considered a danger to her safety and that of her family.

Billie Eilish reportedly returned to her Los Angeles home earlier this week to discover a shirtless man, Raymond Black, peering into her living room through the window. He was arrested nearby, after Eilish contacted the police. Raymond Black was no stranger to Eilish’s property. The man was also said to have been loitering around the house while work was being carried out, and had also appeared at Eilish’s parents’ home.

A judge acted quickly and ordered Black to stay at least 100 feet away from Eilish and her parents. The judge issued his order after recognizing that the man posed a credible threat of harassment or violence.

This incident comes on the heels of another terrifying situation for which Eilish sought protection, namely from Christopher Anderson, who had repeatedly broken into her family’s home.

In addition to the events involving these two stalkers, she and her brother Finneas, reportedly received hundreds of messages, including disturbing declarations of love and violent threats against them. One of them, Shawn Christopher McIntyre, is an alleged stalker who is also said to have expressed alarming intentions towards Elon Musk!

Eilish also admitted in her petition to having suffered emotional damage, and has since been afraid to visit her childhood home. The artist has stated in interviews that the unwanted attention and intrusion into her private life had truly traumatized her, leading her to question her own safety.

Billie Eilish has since then taken several legal actions to regain a sense of security after these terrifying episodes.

Suspect wanted in the murder of kingpin Gregory Woolley

Gregory Woolley, an influential figure in organized crime in Québec, was fatally shot in the parking lot of a shopping mall on Boulevard du Séminaire in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

The 51-year-old succumbed to his injuries despite being rushed to hospital.

This was confirmed by the Sûreté du Québec, which took charge of the investigation.

Woolley’s child and girlfriend were both present at the time of the shooting, but were not the intended targets. Gregory Woolley, a notorious criminal figure, was an associate of the Hells Angels, known as the godfather of Montreal street gangs and a man capable of mediating between various criminal groups.

The SQ is still investigating the murder.

They are currently looking for the black SUV that witnesses saw speeding away from the crime scene, but also for a suspect.

Images provided by the Journal de Montréal show at least one hooded man dressed in black speeding away from the crime scene, who would currently be a person of interest, i.e. a suspect wanted by police.

The SQ is asking the public to contact them if they have any details concerning the event or, more specifically, the suspect.

Single-use plastics ban cancelled, a setback for Trudeau

A decree banning the use of certain single-use plastic objects in Canada has been invalidated by the Federal Court.

The Trudeau government had adopted the regulation in June 2022, classifying all single-use plastics as toxic substances.

However, Judge Angela Furlanetto ruled that the government had interpreted the definition of toxic substance too broadly, not relying on sufficient evidence, CTV News reports.

As a result, the Federal Court overturned the decree, making the six categories of objects previously banned legal once again.

Provincial and municipal regulations may continue to apply.

This decision is yet another environmental setback for the Trudeau government.

Carols Sainz breaks the Netflix Cup trophy!

A rather unusual moment occurred when Carlos Sainz celebrated his team’s victory at a golf competition organized by Netflix, on the sidelines of the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix, and featuring Formula 1 stars and PGA Tour players representing Netflix’s sports documentaries Drive to Survive and Full Swing, while Sainz smashed the trophy awarded to the victorious team!

The competition took place at the Wynn Golf Club in Las Vegas last Tuesday, and it was the first ever Netflix Cup where Formula 1 stars and PGA Tour players represented Netflix’s popular sports documentaries Drive to Survive and Full Swing.

While officially celebrating his victory, along with professional golfer Justin Thomas, Sainz dropped the Netflix Cup in a rather amusing and unfortunate accident, especially when it broke into several pieces.

The winners, wearing checkered jackets to match the checkered flag theme of motor racing, were obviously in shock when Sainz accidentally dropped the Netflix Cup trophy, while also holding a bottle of champagne in his hands.

Needless to say, the incident quickly made the rounds on social networks, and the video shared by ESPN had received over two million views at the time of writing!

Nevertheless, the driver seemed very happy with his day.

“Champions of the first ever Netflix Cup! Couldn’t have asked for a better partner,” he wrote on Instagram.

The tournament was the first sporting event to be broadcast live on Netflix!
