The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has confirmed that the actor has been arrested and charged with attempted murder and first-degree residential burglary. He is accused of breaking into his victim’s residence and stabbing her 20 to 30 times with a knife at around 4:30 a.m. on the night of May 23.

Allie Shehorn was quickly rescued thanks to the intervention of a woman claiming to be her surrogate mother, who was at the scene and quickly called 911. The victim suffered serious injuries, including multiple cuts to her abdomen, neck and arms. Transported to hospital in critical condition, she underwent several operations and was placed in intensive care.

She is still fighting for her life at the time of writing.

Pasqual was arrested at a U.S.-Mexico border checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas, while attempting to flee to Mexico. A few days before the incident, the 35-year-old woman had obtained an order of protection against him, citing several previous episodes of violence.

The maximum sentence for Pasqual ‘s crime would be life imprisonment.

He is now expected to be incarcerated in a San Bernardino jail. The details surrounding the arrests are still complex and reportedly involve high-value electronics.

The SWAT team was seen leaving with a truckload of items following the search.

According to several reports, Florida-based Ver Ver Entertainment filed a lawsuit against Kingston last February. According to the complaint, Kingston had contacted the company for a massive 232-inch TV and audio system worth $150,000. He allegedly haggled to lower the deposit required for the purchase. Kingston allegedly made no payment after the initial deposit of $30,000. Ver Ver Entertainment accused him of fraud and breach of contract.

He also allegedly defaulted on several promotional collaborations with Justin Bieber that never materialized.

It’s worth noting that this is not Kingston’ s mother’s first courtroom appearance. Indeed, federal court records reveal that in 2006, she pleaded guilty to bank fraud, which earned her a sentence of nearly a year and a half in prison for stealing over $160,000. Charlie Colin, founding member of the band Train, died after slipping and falling in the shower while house-sitting for a friend in Brussels, Belgium, TMZ reports.

His sister also confirmed his death, according to Variety.
