Amazon MGM has acquired the rights to I Am Celine Dion, a documentary that traces Céline Dion’s journey against Stiff Person Syndrome.
The documentary, directed by Oscar-nominated director Irene Taylor, promises audiences a unique look at Céline Dion’s struggle to overcome adversity.

In December 2022, Céline Dion bravely revealed her diagnosis of Stiff Person Syndrome on Instagram. She explained how the disorder had affected her mobility and ability to perform. The condition, which affects around one in a million people, is extremely rare.
The film, produced in collaboration with Sony, is the result of a three-year project.
The film follows Céline Dion for over a year, as she copes with the complications associated with her diagnosis.

Céline Dion is one of pop music’s most popular artists. Over the course of her career, she has sold over 250 million albums.

The exact release date of I Am Celine Dion, on Prime Video, has not yet been revealed.
