Brad Pitt in hot water again over Chateau Miraval

A new complaint has been filed in the dispute between Brad Pitt and his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, over legal possession of their French wine estate: Château Miraval. The company holding Jolie’ s shares in Château Miraval now accuses Brad Pitt of misappropriating the estate’s assets to finance his own projects.

According to the accusations included in the court documents, Brad Pitt would have used funds diverted from the property for personal projects. This would include over $1 million in renovations to a swimming pool for his exclusive use, no less.

Also, according to the complaint, the actor’s mismanagement of the winery led to the use of Château Miraval funds to finance his other businesses at preferential rates. In short, Pitt used the winery as a piggy bank.

Recall that in 2021, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt began this seemingly never-ending legal battle when Jolie sold her shares in the property to Tenute Group’s parent company: Stoli Group.

Brad Pitt claimed that this sale violated an agreement between the two parties stipulating that joint consent was required prior to any sale of shares.

The actor, who claimed that Angelina Jolie had carried out the transaction with the sole aim of undermining their divorce, had been unsuccessful in his legal efforts to contest the sale, but the judge on the case had rejected Pitt‘s numerous claims, ruling that they had no legal basis.

Sources close to the actor defend his actions, claiming that these accusations are absolutely absurd. However, according to the plaintiffs, Château Miraval ‘s financial and operational transactions have been seriously lacking in transparency sinceAngelina Jolie ceased to be one of the managers.

Trump sues Truth Social co-founders

Former President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against Wesley Moss and Andrew Litinsky, his co-founders of Trump Media & Technology Group, the company behind Truth Social.

On March 24, Trump and his legal team filed suit in civil court in Sarasota County, Florida, arguing that the media company had been mismanaged and launched inefficiently.

Moss and Litinsky, former contestants on Trump’s reality show The Apprentice, played a crucial role in the creation of Truth Social, the social network launched by Trump himself after he was banned from Twitter following the attack on the Capitol in January 2021.

In his complaint, Trump argues that the two co-founders made several mistakes that led to costly delays and mishandling of the company’s IPO. He therefore seeks to rescind their actions, accusing them of grossly failing to perform their duties and mismanaging the operation in various ways.

Last February, Moss and Litinsky initiated their own lawsuit in Delaware court, alleging that Trump was seeking to reduce the value of their shares by significantly increasing the number of authorized shares within the company.

Trump Media & Technology Group became a publicly traded company following its merger with Digital World Acquisition Corp.

Trump Media shares have also been volatile, reflecting the turmoil within the company.

Reports indicate a loss of $58.2 million and income of $4.1 million for the year 2023.

A spectacular fire destroys Cara Delevingne’s Los Angeles home

Cara Delevingne’s huge Los Angeles home was engulfed in flames, and the blaze was so massive that a cavalry of firefighters arrived on the scene to extinguish it.

No fewer than 94 firefighters (and 13 vehicles in all) were on the scene to fight what was said to be a very intense fire. In addition, no fewer than four ambulances were also on the scene.

According to TMZ sources, a 911 call was made at around 3:57 a.m. on the night of March 14-15, and once on the scene, firefighters confirmed that the fire had started from some sort of back room in the star model’s residence.

It took the firefighters no less than two hours to extinguish the flames, which had reached the attic and part of the roof, and, again according to TMZ, a few people were injured. Minor injuries were reported, including one firefighter who fell from a ladder.

Fortunately for the model and actress, however, her two cats were saved by the same firefighters!

Cara was not on site when her home was attacked by the flames.

Instead, she was in England performing at the Playhouse Theater for the week.

Eugenie Bouchard has been attracting attention for many years, not only for her exploits and flops as an athlete, but also for more personal reasons.

Are Al Pacino, 83, and Noor Alfallah, 30, back together?

Hollywood legend Al Pacino was spotted dining at Beverly Hills’ Cipriani with ex-girlfriend Noor Alfallah. The newly-parented duo made headlines for their new relationship, then their separation, and finally their legal battle over custody of their child, born in June 2023.

The duo was spotted twice in the space of a few days. The couple had shared a meal two days earlier at an Italian restaurant in the same neighborhood, sparking speculation that their relationship might be reborn.

It was the first time they had appeared in public since November of the previous year.

In April 2022, the couple made news, but remained relatively discreet. They did, however, surprise fans by announcing the arrival of Roman Pacino in June 2023. In November last year, the couple agreed to share legal custody.

Noor, however, has primary physical custody of their son.

The 83-year-old star, who already has three children with previous partners, saw Roman’s birth offer its share of surprises, in 2023!

Lewis Hamilton had expressed his frustration to Mercedes

Seven-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton expressed his frustration with Mercedes last season.
