Claudia Bouvette has quite a style on the cover of ELLE Québec!

The October issue is now available on newsstands.

Singer Claudia Bouvette is the latest Quebec star to appear on the cover of ELLE Quebec magazine.

She poses beautifully for the October issue which is available now. The artist, who was seen in several festivals this summer, gives a complete and authentic interview to her friend Rosalie Bonenfant, and it promises to be very interesting!

This is Claudia Bouvette’s very first ELLE Québec cover, and we hope it won’t be the last! The artist is really on a roll since the release of her first album last May.

For fans of the singer, this is a great opportunity to learn more about her, especially since Claudia Bouvette is usually quite discreet and mysterious.

Actress Jena Malone opens up about her sexual orientation and career

Jena Malone just recently came out on Instagram.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, American actress Jena Malone opened up about her sexual orientation and her career. Well known for many years, Jena Malone will very soon appear in a brand new film by director Mr. Cahill, Adopting Audrey.

The actress says unequivocally that this is her “best performance to date” and that the film has allowed her to explore new aspects of herself.

Speaking of “new aspects of herself,” the actress opened up about her recent coming out that she did via her Instagram account a few days ago. It was in a touching post that she explained that her sexuality is fluid and that she could define herself as pansexual.

Pansexuality is defined as “physical, sexual, emotional or romantic attraction to any person, regardless of sex or gender.”

When discussing her coming out, Jena Malone explains that she had been thinking about it for quite some time and that the revelation felt great.

Discovering her sexuality has been a “beautiful journey” and that she loves discovering more about herself and the people around her. She feels fortunate to have a loving family who fully supports her for who she is.

By the way, the actress grew up with two mothers, then after their separation, one remarried to a man and the other to a woman. So Jena Malone has always had great examples of openness and non-judgmental exploration of sexual and gender identity.

This kind of testimony from a star is so inspiring! We wish Jena Malone much happiness and love as she continues her journey of self-discovery.

“Gutsy”: Hillary Clinton launches docu-series about strong women with her daughter (and loses a quiz to Kim Kardashian)

“I think Kim has an unfair advantage.”

The former Secretary of State sat down with the reality TV star and law student for her new documentary series Gutsy with her daughter, Chelsea.

The eight episodes ofHillary and Chelsea Clinton’s documentary series Gutsy, which will air on Apple TV+ on Sept. 9, are full of stunning scenes celebrating brave and bold women, People reports.

Among other things, Hillary will be seen canoeing with a reformed white supremacist, Chelsea will try (unsuccessfully) to learn to surf, and the two will go painting a canvas with Megan Thee Stallion by her pool.

But, according to the show’s hosts and executive producers, the bravest was definitely the former secretary of state (who was an associate attorney at a law firm before becoming first lady), who took on law student Kim Kardashian in a knowledge quiz.

“I think Kim has an unfair advantage,” Hillary Clinton quipped.

After a series of questions about the use of deadly force, the difference between extortion and robbery, and when a self-defense claim is allowed, Kim soundly defeated Hillary, 11-4.

Linda Evangelista makes a wonderful comeback for British Vogue and offers several revelations

The supermodel opened up about the procedure that changed everything and her early years in modeling.

Linda Evangelista was one of the biggest names in the fashion industry. For many years, the supermodel was everywhere with her big blue eyes and her talent for both modeling and walking the runway. Then, one day, she disappeared completely. She was nowhere to be seen, while her fellow supermodels like Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer continued to make high-profile appearances.

A few months ago, the former supermodel made her first public appearance in more than five years to explain that she was a victim of a rare form of complication to a cosmetic procedure called CoolSculpting. And just recently, Linda Evangelista returned to the spotlight with British Vogue! She is the covergirl for the September magazine, and she took the opportunity to share where she is today in her physical and emotional journey.

The fashion industry is very hard on the actresses in it. Evangelista explains a bit of that in her interview with British Vogue. The pace is frantic and expectations are high. After several years in the spotlight, the supermodel succumbed to the call of cosmetic modification, and this decision unfortunately cost her career for a few years. While Evangelista says she has no problem seeing the signs of age on her face, she explains that the changes to her body were more difficult to accept.

Society is difficult with women who age, while it is much less with men. And these demands are even more real for all women who work in the fashion and beauty industry. You don’t have to look far to understand why Evangelista ended up succumbing to the pressure of aesthetic procedures…

In her interview with British Vogue, the supermodel also looks back on her professional beginnings. When she was 16, an agency in Japan approached her and made her sign a contract. Once there, the conditions were far from ideal (a shabby apartment and no guidance) and at her first meeting with the agency, she was quickly asked to pose naked. There is something really problematic about asking, or even forcing, a 16 year old girl to pose nude. Fortunately, at that point, Linda Evangelista chose to leave and not comply with the agency’s demands. She subsequently returned home. However, her story is far from isolated and many similar horrifying stories have often made the headlines. The modeling industry is vast, and the practices are sometimes questionable.

Towards the end of the interview, the model takes the liberty of specifying that her face was lifted with the help of tights and elastic bands. She opted for this transparency, and we admire her for it!

Pay inequity: Bryce Dallas Howard denounces being paid “so much less” than Chris Pratt for Jurassic World

She paid the price for Jurassic World…

Recently, actress Bryce Dallas Howard spoke out about the gender-based pay inequity that still plagues Hollywood (and most workplaces…). In an interview with Insider the American actress spoke about this very real issue.

The actress, who has appeared in all the Jurassic World trilogy films, confided that she was paid much less than her colleague Chris Pratt. Yet both stars are very well known, and their screen time is similar, so there is no reason why one of them should be paid less than the other.

Bryce Dallas Howard explains that when she negotiated her contract in 2014, the pay equity discussions in Hollywood were not yet present, which put her at a disadvantage.

And unfortunately, the contract is signed for the entire trilogy, so despite the overwhelming success of the films, the actress was not able to get better pay for her work.

However, the actress discussed the situation with Chris Pratt, who agreed to negotiate on her behalf with the producers. His intervention allowed her to get nice contracts on the derivatives of the franchise, such as theme parks and video games.

This specific situation reminds us of the importance of having allies who speak up and stand together with women to fight injustices of all kinds.

While ideally, Bryce Dallas Howard would have been able to negotiate and be heard by the producers without Chris Pratt’s intervention, the reality is still different, and there is still a long way to go before true gender equality is achieved.

Kaley Cuoco opens up about her depression after her divorce

The actress has even started a therapy…

Kaley Cuoco, an American actress well known for her many roles on television such as The Big Bang Theory and The Flight Attendant, recently opened up about her depression that followed her divorce from her second husband, Karl Cook.

It was in September of last year that Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook ended their marriage, and the actress had a very difficult time following the separation. In an interview with Variety magazine, Kaley Cuoco explains that she threw herself headfirst into her work – she was filming the second season of The Flight Attendant – to the point where she was in total denial about what she was going through. Yet, this new separation caused her a lot of emotional damage, even leading her to depression.

To make matters worse for the actress, her character on The Flight Attendant is also experiencing major challenges in the second season, and playing the role has become a daily challenge for the actress. In her interview with Variety, she explains that she got to a point where she “couldn’t do it all,” and that’s when she decided to schedule an “intervention” with all the producers of the show. During this meeting, she confided in them about her situation and fortunately received a lot of support from the producers.

Because Kaley Cuoco felt like she couldn’t cope on her own, she sought out a therapist to help her navigate through all the emotions she was feeling as a result of the divorce and the intensive filming of the show.

Actors go through difficult times as well, and when they open up about their problems in this way, it helps to further break down the taboo around mental health, depression and anxiety.
