France’s Minister for Sport and the Olympic Games, Amélie Oudéa-Castéra, hasn’t ruled out the possibility of Céline Dion joining them at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris!
Although Madame Oudéa-Castéra wholeheartedly hopes that Céline will be part of the festivities on July 26, there are a number of things to take into account… including the singer’s state of health, who, remember, suffers from Stiff Person’s Syndrome.
According to La Presse, in Quebec, the Minister, who was questioned on the subject on several occasions, admitted that the hypothesis could nevertheless become reality.
An answer that sows hope of finding her at the event.
As for the woman herself, she was surprised to hear the rumour circulating, and responded to it at the premiere of her documentary in New York on June 17, 2024.
Performing in London for three days at Wembley Stadium, Taylor Swift had prepared a major surprise for her fans… one they certainly won’t soon forget.
As if that weren’t enough, the footballer appeared on stage wearing a wedding suit, setting the place alight, which must already have been very hot if we’re to judge by what we know of Taylor‘s admirers, who are always driven by an intense passion.
In a video capturing this magical moment, we hear the first notes of the song I Can Do With a Broken Heart and see Travis proud and happy to be living this special moment with his sweetheart.
The duo had prepared a theatrical setting in which Kelce romantically caught up with the singer, who feigned discomfort.
This surprise would come at the very end of the show, during Act VIII.
It was shortly after his breakup with his former long-term girlfriend, Linda Holliday, that the coach reportedly began dating the young woman named Jordon Hudson.
According to the New York Post, one ofHudson ‘s former cheerleading team members is quoted as saying that the romance began in 2021 on a flight to Florida.
By then, you’ll have figured out that Bill was still in a relationship with Holliday.
According to TMZ, the duo talked about philosophy, since the young woman was working on a project on the subject at the time, and when they landed, they exchanged contact details. However, it seems that the relationship remained friendly until 2023.
In fact, it was in January 2023 that the duo were first seen together. Belichick was then seen in March at a cheerleading competition attended by Hudson. The latter, in addition to being a cheerleader, has also taken part in a few Miss USA-type beauty contests.
The young woman also attended the Patriots Hall of F ame induction of Tom Brady, alongside Belichick, earlier this week.
It’s a relationship that’s got even former Patriots winger Rob Gronkowski talking, and he reportedly took a jab at the subject in Tom Brady ‘s Netflixroast. Even so, it looks like this is more than just a fling for the coach.
The FBI has released a nearly 500-page report on the investigation into the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.
O.J. Simpson's FBI file just got released — and right off the bat, what stands out is the fact agents went to excruciating lengths to study the shoeprint found at the murder scene.
The 1994 double murder, for which O.J. Simpson has long been the prime suspect, is at the heart of these exhaustive files.
This high-profile case attracted international attention during the legal proceedings. Many questions about the investigation persist, many years after the fact.
Following O.J. Simpson’s death, the FBI released all the files accumulated on the former suspect over the years, in accordance with its procedures. These documents provide a detailed insight into one of the most high-profile criminal investigations in the United States.
The FBI report contains crucial information on the evidence gathering and analysis carried out during the investigation, including the examination of fibers from O.J. Simpson’s white Ford Bronco. It also includes details of forensic tests and other examinations carried out at the crime scene.
The files also include handwritten notes relating to a brand of shoes that had particularly interested investigators at the time. Investigators went to Italy to investigate the production and distribution of Bruno Magli shoes. Traces of blood were found on the brand’s Lorenzo and Lyon models at the crime scene.
O.J. Simpson, who died of prostate cancer at the age of 76 last April, was initially acquitted of criminal murder by a jury in 1995, but was later found liable in a civil trial over the wrongful deaths of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman. In 1997, he was ordered to pay $33.5 million to the families of the two victims.
Ariana Grande is keeping a low profile when it comes to her love life these days, and understandably so.
This is because the superstar has taken a lot of criticism and received her fair share of unsolicited opinions over the years when it comes to her love affairs, especially on the heels of her most recent (and spectacular) break-up with Dalton Gomez and her surprise relationship with Ethan Slater.
Ariana was, however, in demonstrative mode with the latter at the most recent Stanley Cup Final game, as her favorite team, the Florida Panthers, attempted to win a second consecutive game against the Edmonton Oilers.
It’s safe to say that the singer had a wonderful evening…
…because not only was she clearly in love, she also saw her team win the match 4-1!
Yes, the Oilers are in a bit of trouble, but that’s another story!
By the way, Ariana is a long-time Panthers fan, as evidenced by this old photo that has since become iconic!
On Tuesday, Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, was found guilty of three counts of illegal firearms possession. Following a week-long trial in Wilmington, Delaware, the jury delivered its verdict after approximately three hours of deliberation on the second day. The verdict is historic, marking the first time an American president’s child has been convicted.
A jury finds Hunter Biden guilty on federal gun charges, the first member of a president's family to be convicted during the president's term. Follow live updates. https://t.co/MZUrz2joOt
The conviction follows an incident in October 2018, in which Hunter Biden allegedly lied on a federal application form about his drug use when purchasing a Colt revolver. Three counts were filed, including making false statements about Biden’s addiction, certifying that statements made by him are true, and possessing a firearm illegally.
During the trial, Hunter Biden’s drug addiction problems were scrutinized. Although Hunter Biden’s lawyer argued that the prosecution had failed to provide tangible evidence of Hunter Biden’s crack cocaine use during the month of the gun’s purchase and possession, as no witnesses had seen Hunter use drugs during this period, text messages on his phone contradicted this argument.
These messages indicated communications about drug trafficking and drug use shortly after the gun purchase. In the end, the jury agreed with the prosecutors.
According to CNN, sources in the courtroom described Hunter Biden’s family and friends as shocked by the verdict.
A few days before the verdict, when asked about the possibility of his son being found guilty, President Joe Biden had stated that he would not pardon his son, underlining his commitment to due process.
This verdict is likely to have major repercussions on the political scene, given that Hunter Biden had been on the Republican radar for several months.
Hunter faces up to 25 years in prison and a maximum fine of $750,000. The judge indicated that a sentencing hearing is generally scheduled for 120 days after the verdict, which would place that hearing in mid-October, before Election Day.
This verdict will most likely be appealed by Hunter Biden and his team.

The legal wrangling surrounding the tragic death of Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust continues, as the film’s armorer was recently sentenced to 18 months in prison for manslaughter.
She hopes to see actor Alec Baldwin suffer the same fate in his upcoming trial in July.
The Convicted 'Rust' Armorer Whom Prosecutors Want to Testify at Alec Baldwin’s Trial Previously Said She Wants to See Him ‘In Jail’ https://t.co/C55f7nzVv6
The spotlight will soon be on Alec Baldwin, also charged with manslaughter in the death of Halyna Hutchins, the director of photography on the set of Rust who died in 2021 after a gun discharged during a rehearsal.
Hannah Gutierrez Reed, the gunsmith in charge at the time of the tragedy, could be called to testify at the actor’s trial, which begins on July 9 with jury selection.
Gutierrez Reed was convicted and sentenced to 18 months in a New Mexico correctional facility, after a jury deliberation lasting less than three hours.
She hopes that Alec Baldwin, who allegedly set off the gun that killed Hutchins and also injured director Joel Souza, will suffer a similar fate at his trial.
According to People, Hannah Gutierrez Reed, who apologized for her role in the tragic accident, criticized the way the media portrayed her. She also strongly contested her conviction. In a recorded telephone conversation from the prison where she is serving her sentence, she reportedly expressed her desire to see Alec Baldwin jailed too.
Hannah Gutierrez Reed’s recent requests for a new trial were denied, the judges concluding that the instructions given to the jury were the correct ones.
Gutierrez Reed’s trial, broadcast live due to the permission of cameras in the courtroom, had attracted a lot of attention last March, and many people are hoping that Baldwin’s trial will also be broadcast live, which could make it one of the most talked-about trials of the year.
Alec Baldwin will stand trial for manslaughter on July 9.
Since the tragedy, the actor has maintained that he did not pull the trigger on the gun that killed Hutchins.
In a tense hearing on the pandemic before the Republican-led House of Representatives, Dr. Anthony Fauci was questioned about the origins of COVID-19 and the government’s response. During the session, he claimed that Marjorie Taylor Greene’s malicious comments toward him were responsible for the death threats he and his family have received since the pandemic began.
Fauci says "performances" like Greene's at COVID hearing drives up death threats against him https://t.co/20aK42El2F
In his first public appearance since leaving government in 2022, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases was the subject of a confrontational and emotional hearing on Capitol Hill as he faces partisan adversity.
Georgia’s controversial representative, Marjorie Taylor Greene, adopted a particularly aggressive attitude during her question period on the first day of the hearings, going so far as to refuse to acknowledge Fauci’s medical qualifications and infantilely calling him “Mr. Fauci” rather than “Doctor Fauci”. Fauci responded to the representative by stating that it was this type of comment that had led to numerous death threats against him in connection with these events.
These hearings will focus on the origins of the virus, certain policy measures relating to the pandemic, such as guidelines for social distancing, mandatory vaccination and the wearing of masks by children, as well as certain theories that have circulated, such as that of the laboratory leak.
Republican members of the committee expressed skepticism about the policies promoted by Dr. Fauci, arguing that they were not based on solid scientific evidence.
For their part, the committee’s Democratic members called Dr. Fauci an American hero and vigorously condemned hostile questions against him as totally irresponsible.
During his speech, Dr. Fauci revealed that he had received serious death threats aimed not only at himself, but also at his wife and daughters. The severity of these threats has necessitated ongoing protection. Fauci also mentioned that these threats had had disastrous repercussions on his health. Two individuals were arrested in connection with the threats.
The sharp contrast between Republicans and Democrats at this hearing underscores the continuing political divisions over the management of the COVID-19 pandemic.
