Police in Laguna Beach have recommended that authorities in Orange County, California investigate the actions of Bon Jovi guitarist, Richie Sambora. The musician is accused of driving drunk while his 10-year-old daughter was in the car.
Orange County prosecutors must investigate the evidence to determine if charges will be filed against Sambora. According to American experts, Sambora, 48, could face jail time if he is found guilty of the offense.
However, the experts added that it is likely that Sambora will make arrangements with the court that will allow him to enter a treatment program instead of serving jail time.
The musician will appear in court on May 7.
