According to People magazine, Sheen stated that there were no complaints for 18 months, but the complaints starting piling up after she hired a nanny.
Sheen stated, "I have asked that the court eliminate Ms. Richards’s ability to abuse and harass us any longer."
Sheen claims that Richards uses the nanny to spy on his private life. In her most recent complaint, Richards claims that Sheen is attracted to minors, and she even cited some websites that Sheen would visit while they were married.
For now, Sheen and his girlfriend, Brooke Mueller, must be accompanied by someone each time they spend time with the two girls.
