Theron’s boyfriend, Stuart Townsend, wrote the script for the movie, and will be making his directorial debut on the project.
The action film takes place in 1999, during the World Trade Organization meeting. An ecclectic group of demonstrators, including doctors, anarchists, lawyers and many others, bring chaos to the city of Seattle.
