A settlement has been reached between Charlize Theron and the Geneva enterprise, Raymond Weil, which sued the actress for $20 million for breaching an exclusive contract.
According to the agreement, Theron was obliged to only wear the brand’s watches in between October 2005 and December 2006. However, Theron was photographed on March 14, 2006 during a Texas media event, sporting a Christian Dior watch on her wrist.
The attorneys for the actress tried in vain to have the case dismissed. A ruling has been made between the two parties, however no details have been revealed.
