According to FemaleFirst, the actress reported the incident to the police, and is still completing the list of the items stolen from the home she shares with her partner, actor Stuart Townsend.
A police detective from Los Angeles, Ana Aguirre stated, "There was a break-in reported at her home sometime over the weekend between Thursday December 6 and Saturday December 8.There were no suspects seen by any witnesses. And the property that was taken is being evaluated by the homeowner."
Theron and Townsend have been dating since they met on the set of the movie Trapped in 2002.
